small and cozy restaurant, perfect for a romantic dinner. the service was staff fast and friendly. excellent dishes and good value for money.

We chose this restaurant for New Year's Eve. we were pleasantly satisfied, the staff was very kind and always available, the dishes were excellent, fresh, succulent. we hope to come back soon to get the dishes of the à la carte menu. recommended!

It was a Monday evening and a lot of places were closed so we wandered round trying to find a nice fish restaurant .Ego had a couple of tables free outside WE had a lovely mixed fish dish and fish Al cartouche.wine was reasonably priced and they had a lovely tiramisu.

in one of the streets of the old town of Trieste, near Piazza Cavana, there is this restaurant that offers really good dishes. raw materials of excellent quality, with a particular mention for the mixed fried. possibility of sitting outside for lunch enjoying the peace of a village, while being in the middle of the town. very kind staff and prices proportional to the service. highly recommended.

Ignore the bad reviews!!! This is a beautiful traditional and classic Italian restaurant with fantastic cuisine. The plates are smaller than normal but delicious. A little more expensive than other places but worth it. Set in a small pedestrian street very quiet atmosphere. The staff have little English but are so friendly and very hospitable. We are so happy we came here! You must book to get an outside table.
