I couldn't go anywhere without traveling a chair."

very unfriendly and arrogant. my friend (62 and with weak blase) had to go to the toilet. this was denied with the very unfriendly statement that wc was completed(on Sundays). I also work in retail, and I know that people, despite corona, can go to the toilet. they can fill out a sheet to save the data. even if it is treated differently from business to business, then a talk is not at all.
