"A Whatsapp of my best friend if I had something to do in the evening – if no, she wants to go with me in El Chileno to Pisco Sour. We chose: Gaues bread with Tuna Paste and Guacamole Grilled Octopus Regional oyster mushrooms roasted in olive oil with sea salt Ceviche flavored pork biscuits corn soup with chorizo The tapas come á la minute – so if they are just finished. First the bread. Living good pale quality. Miz 2 slices also not cut too lush. The Tuna Paste tasted grandiose, the guacamole was nothing special and tasted a little watery. The Octopus tasted very fresh and gave a great maritime taste Fleur de Sel made its rest. The Ceviche was unfortunately a complete waste. Tastefully overlaid by onions. Ceviche is one of my absolute foods. My friend had arrived at the third Pisco Sour – I must red wine: Calicanto by El Principal Valle Maipo Alto Very powerful, Vanille and Cassis. Deep red color, fruity note with fresh berries and spices. The bottle 23,50 EUR, open 0,2 6,50 EUR – a real bargain. It doesn't stay with a glass either. Finally, the two culinary highlights met. The thick corn soup perfectly matched the spicy chorizo in its sweet. Simple – but brilliant – sattmacher! The pork bags in red wine reduction were a real dream... Very, very nice – and happy again!
