El Copernico is a rarity. It combines, good food and drink, with excellent and friendly service. If I could 'bottle ' this cafe 's charm and service, I would do so! The owner, Pilar, works tirelessly , and often alone, to provide a wonderful experience. El Copernico could easily be overlooked, as it is situated in a pedestrian street, just off Ave de Jaume 1 (la Avenida) in calle constitucion, opposite the town hall. However, it 's certainly worth visiting!

I always find it incredible how one person can almost singlehandedly run such a great café! One could easily walk along the Avinguda Rei en Jaume I, without even noticing El Copernico, tucked away in a pedestrianised street.
