"Ho trascorso tre giorni in Umbria ed il Green Pass mi è stato chiesto sempre, in ogni esercizio commerciale, con educazione e fermezza, ma qui no (e non solo a me, ma neppure agli altri avventori entrati prima e dopo di me). Sono tornata in questo locale, per il compleanno di mia mamma,  dopo averci festeggiato il mio la scorsa estate. Eravamo stati talmente bene che, la festeggiata, aveva espresso il desiderio di tornare. Purtroppo, oltre il mancato rispetto della regola, abbiamo trovato anche il nostro tavolo molto vicino ad un altro (il povero cameriere, per passare tra due tavoli, doveva fare la gimkana dietro la sedia di mio marito, urtandola inevitabilmente ad ogni passaggio) e la mille foglie, che sognavo di rimangiare, non aveva nulla di quella gustata in estate che stata la migliore mai provata! Questa volta, il dolce che mi è stato portato, era una sorta di sandwich composto di un pezzo di sfoglia quadrata messo a base, una crema, che nulla aveva della leggerezza e delicatezza che ricordavo ed un pezzo di sfoglia quadrata a chiudere. La sfoglia non era friabile e leggera, ma dura e dal sapore forte. L'impiattamento poi, era caotico e sciatto. Insomma, il dolce che ho mangiato a febbraio, non ricordava, neppure minimamente, quello di luglio. Non do il minimo del punteggio (anche se sarei tentata, per la mancanza del rispetto della regola green pass) perchè le altre portate, erano oggettivamente buone.Peccato insomma."

"Io, mia moglie e 5 bambini sotto i 10 anni.... Trovare un locale dove puoi mangiare bene, essere accolto bene quando entri con un'armata del genere e addirittura far star bene i bambini di sabato a pranzo è una impresa da raccontare. Bene, io la posso raccontare. Accoglienza da 5 stelle per disponibilità, cortesia, simpatia e la giusta dose di professionalità quando hai a che fare con dei bambini affamati e accaldati. Tagliata buonissima e primi abbondanti. Attesa? Il giusto per preparare i piatti cotti perfettamente. La ragazza che ci ha servito (le mie scuse ma non ricordo il nome presente sulla divisa) è stata una padrona di casa eccellente. Ha anche intrattenuto i bambini con un paio di aneddoti. Abbiamo pagato il giusto e i bambini sono stati bene. E quando loro stanno bene, io sto bene (chi ha figli piccoli può capire). Assolutamente da consigliare. Grazie."

"Ristorante caratteristico nel centro di Bettona (PG abbiamo mangiato a pranzo pesce (pietanze buonissime spaghetti alle vongole ben fatti, e grigliata ottima . Siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti e ci siamo ritornati a cena . Abbiamo consumato carne e una fettuccina con ragù bianco veramente ben fatta. Damiano il proprietario e tutto il resto dei suoi collaboratori ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Locale consigliatissimo e ci ritornerò se passo da queste parti."

"I brought my girlfriend because the reviews this place. We had the most unpleasant experience ever I could not believe what happened. This might sound a long review to read but I really had to be precise so we can prevent this for happening again. 31/12 at 2pm We arrived and we were welcomed by the waitress and we got a table. We had to wait 45 minutes to get the food, which was quite long for “gnocchetti” and an “Umbria soup”, considering we were only 3 tables (6 people in the restaurant. During this time, we were also served by an old man, the owner. He acted rudely, not only to us but also to a german couple in front of us. This was just the beginning… 2:45pm We received the food and started eating. 3:15pm I had to take a call for work and considering that there was nobody else in the restaurant, I asked to the waitress if I could no problem for that. I took the call. At that moment, we had just finished eating and ordered a coffee. At this time things started escalating. The owner was going around his restaurant WITHOUT a mask (breaking Italian covid regulation and started complaining that he had to close to eat so we needed to get out. I have never seen someone working in a restaurant so impolite and aggressive. He knew that I was on a call and he was, on purpose, talking very loud, making noise and moving chairs. He then started SMOKING inside the restaurant, on another table in front of us. I was on this call and I could not react, I was just waiting to be done to get out. 3:30pm The call finished, we had already paid. The man was looking at us, with loud and aggressive voice saying that he had to close, that he did not eat at all and that we were late (but the served us 45 minutes after we made the order.. . I mentioned to the man, while leaving that that he should not probably deal with the clients directly because all that he did not only created a terrible experience but also was against the law (no mask and smoking inside a restaurant open to the public . While we were going towards the door he also started saying bad words in italian (I am italian and from a close village to me and my girlfriend. Then he smashed the door hitting with the door the foot of my girlfriend that was leaving the restaurant. I then look at him from the outside. He came outside, very aggressively saying: “what do you want! Just get out of here..” and swearing to us. He got close to me to a point that I felt threatened. We left and we were quite shocked of what just happened. This has been by far the most unpleasant experience I have ever had. After all this, I learnt that nobody from the village goes into that restaurant because the aggressive and unpleasant behavior of the owner."
