Excellent breakfast large portion very tasty value for money. One of the best in Plymouth just turn the background music down a notch!

First visit since the Covid closures. Pleased to find it still trading busily and with not just full on traditional breakfasts but also some more imaginative collations.

First class as usual. A couple of breakfasts with fried bread black pudding. Baked potato with beef chilli. Coffee tea. Everything was first class including the service. All at a reasonable price.

I concur with the previous criticism. There was no eye contact from any staff until you are actually served. They only seemed to make an effort to be friendly with locals. The sausages and bacon were cheap and contained 30% fat.

This restaurant is always first class. I added black pudding and fried bread to my breakfast and it was heavenly! The staff were very pleasant and the restaurant was clean and spacious. The only thing I would change is to get a quieter espresso machine.

Went on a lads morning bitching session , Great staff an a very well run kitchen . We had just about every variation of a breakfast you could imagine (5) of us , all manner of teas and coffee and all served with a smile . Best breakfast in Town . Well done to all the team

Just a friendly reminder that this restaurant is cash only. I fully support this decision because the food is excellent and the atmosphere is welcoming. Their breakfasts and fry ups are top-notch quality. Compared to the prices at the nearby ferry, the value you get here is much better.

Visited for a brunch. Ordered 2 monster breakfasts. Coffee and juice. Easy payment using bank transfer or pay pal. Brunch was amazing. Fresh food, not greasy and great portions. Coffee was good too. A clean cafe with a pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff too. Hidden away close to royal William yard but definitely worth a visit if you are hungry and passing by. Lots of options in for fresh cakes too.

Visited this cafe on Sunday 31st of July 2022 for a breakfast as I have done for many years on and off well has something changed was its normal busy place got a seat table was clean but still dirty girl behind the counter had trouble trying to work out the change and the food was below average bacon and as absolutely burnt and solid I’m hoping this was a one off it’s a shame to say but can’t see us returning now there are a lot of better places to go nowadays just felt let down with poor quality food service disappointing shame as was a fav place to go
