"Went for lunch with three friends. Place has a salad list but no vegan/vegetarian option. I asked to change ingredients so I could eat my lunch. The waitress had a very unwelcoming attitude: she said she would ask the chef IF he was available to change the menu !?!?!?! . I ordered a veg salad with addition of avocado and any bean they might have for protein. She came back with a little bowl with only fennel and a few skimpy stringbeans, and said all the beans are cooked with pork. There was no avocado. I asked where it was. She said it was under. I stirred the tiny bowl, and it wasn't, I asked for my avocado I was so hungry! . She said that if the chef said it was there, it meant it was there !!!!! . Terrible customer service. The avocado was nowhere. So huffing and puffing she went in the kitchen and came back with a tiny coffee plate with four microscopic morsels of avocado. Overwhelmengly rude and unwelcoming. Made me fell horrible the whole time, and hungry! My lunch was basically the focaccia they serve with the bread. By the way, my friends all ordered the Nizzarda salad which has potatoes, eggs and anchovies, but there were no eggs in it. They didn't say anything because the waitress had already been so nasty with me, they didn't want to receive the same treatment. Never going back."

Enoteca de' macci is well located in the city center of Florence. The food was tasty and well presented. Cocktails are the best you could expect!! We will come back soon. I recommend you to try it if you are visiting Florence. Ver carta

Locale vicino Sant'Ambrogio adibito a ristorante, facilmente accessibile a un disabile, non offre parcheggio privato però il più vicino si può trovare al parcheggio della nazione (a pagamento). Noi, passando di lì, (conoscevo il locale come pub, prima che diventasse ristorante) volevamo fare un aperitivo e il proprietario ha acconsentito facendoci accomodare ai tavolini fuori muniti di funghetti. Ci ha chiesto cosa volevamo e ci ha offerto anche un piccolo tagliere composto da due crostini con i pomodori, due pappe al pomodoro e dei cubetti di formaggio e mortadella. Vini di qualità e stuzzichini buoni. Consigliato, prossimamente proveremo anche il ristorante!
