Amazing dining experience. Great hospitality, friendly staff, superb wine and delicious food. The owner offered us a free tasting of Kurni wine which was so divine that it was one of the best wine I ever tasted in Italy. If you are in Spello, don’t miss this place. during our spelling visit we wanted to stop to have lunch at the propertium enoteca . Fast and professional service. each dish is skillfully described, as well as being of excellent quality and well presented. Excellent wine (personally tasted glass of red montefalco of the excellent wine cellar Caprai). Possibility of wine tasting menu. Good price ratio. More than satisfied.

This is one incredible place and a must stop when visiting the beautiful town of Spello. Opt for the wine tasting and you will not regret it! The food they prepare to accompany their first-class wines is absolutely delicious- especially the truffle pasta. We went back three times during our stay and fell in love with Luca and his lovely family members who have worked this business for 8 generations. We even took a cooking course here with a Michelin star chef. What an incredible experience. The highlight of our entire trip to Italy!

Our wine tasting dinner here completed a lovely day trip to Spello. Owner and Master sommelier Roberto spent a lot of personal time with our group of 6. He was extremely engaging and also entertaining as he not only explained the wines but the wine business. The food, the wine, and the staff were all excellent, but Roberto was the star of the show. Apparently it 's possible to book wine tasting tickets in advance and that would probably ensure that the Roberto experience happens but we were fortunate to get this just by walking in and asking about the wines.
