Wir haben im Equitable einen perfekten Abend verbracht. Das gewählte 6-Gang Menü wurde durch Grüsse aus der Küche zu einem wunderbaren 10-Gang Dinner. Der Service war ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend. Zudem rechtfertigt der Preis ganz klar das abwechlungsreiche und regionale Essen. Werden sicher wiederkommen.

Die einzelnen Gänge haben uns jedoch nicht mehr vom Hocker gehauen , teilweise fanden wir sie sogar etwas schwer/ mastig . Der Ansatz mit regionalen/fairen Produkten ist gut, aber die geschmackliche Raffinesse hat uns dieses Mal gefehlt.
