was only at eskdale fishing at sleights. the best chips I've ever had. fish pure white and scattered. we all really enjoyed it. personal helpful and polite. will definitely go back.

Lovely, airy and comfortable fish and chip restaurant in Sleights. Very friendly, efficient service. Good value and very tasty food. Lovely staff, not too busy to chat and make you feel welcome. Highly recommended.

amazing value for money. I had seabass and chips, my son had two sausage local metzger redfords, chips and inherited. free scrap and tee. under 20 pfuss. service was before place, highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

Had fish and chips here the other evening. Have to say the best fish and chips in the area by a country mile! Very reasonably priced too. Proper chip shop chips, seriously good!! Now my favourite place to eat when in the area. Keep up the good work guys!

Quite simply the best fish and chips in Yorkshire. We come to Whitby four times a year and always eat here. The quality is first class, the portions are huge and the prices are very reasonable. James and his team are friendly and welcoming. Can't rate them highly enough.
