Finally I find in Shepherd’s bush the good quality tasty coffee shop The coffee lobby is very clean and warm. Staff absolutely welcoming and friendly! Strongly recommend!

Very nice place, delicious food and friendly stuff with a great variety of drinks and foods. Also offers great options for vegan people. Regular coffee is pretty large and delicious. Our favorite breakfast spot!

Pros: There is air con! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Cons: The eggs and bacon are a bit too dry in full English. Maybe I came in at busy time but some of the tables aren't cleaned properly. Food: big portion

Lovely service! Friendly! The Latte was very nice and perfectly sized. Great value for the price and nice atmosphere with an inspiring view into the main road and the park, looking amazing, through the window, when raining! Great WiFi too! Thank you and see you again very soon. ;

Well the croissant was lovely. The coffee was ok The cashier lady was nice. Waiter, could smile and hold a better posture. The scrambled eggs were terrible, too dry. The bread was meant to be whole meal. The butter did not have that full butter flavour , nor did it meant in the toast. It was like putting a bleach on the bread. Cleanliness good.

Not been in in a while but seems variety is slightly better. I'm an avid starbucks fan but tried these guys with a caramel latte and it was good : staff are friendly helpful. Gave me a cute message on my cup too which did put a smile on my face so thanks to Sky for this and to Pooja who was also helpful with my order. These guys and their small gestures will get you good reviews (didn't order food hence only the 4 stars but I'm sure it would've been 5

Friendly, efficient. Value for money. Good portion size. EDIT. My second visit to esquires was not so good. I ordered the same toasted sandwich which comes with a bit of salad and crisps, but this time there was a tiny portion of salad with no dressing, no crisps and half a cup of iced latte. It is disappointing that different staff members do not produce the same quality and standard of dishes. It wont deter me, I will just make sure of the quality before i leave the store from now on, which is a shame.

There were 4 of us in the queue waiting to be served, 2 middle aged men jumped over the queue right in front of me but didn 't even say anything. The staff literally served them without telling these men I 'm sorry you have to stay in the queue . Appalling customer service, appalling care. A beautiful coffee shop but appalling customer service. I don 't care whether those men were your relatives or friends, you couldn 't just simply let them jump in the queue right in front of your customers. I won 't go back to this coffee shop.

I was at shepherd’s bush today. I asked from the waiter for something vegan to eat and he recommended mushroom melt. I ordered it and when i saw the toast with cheese on top I made sure and asked again if it’s vegan. He said yes. I’m allergic to milk and when i ate half of the bread, I felt the allergy symptoms coming in. My mouth started to itch, my mouth and throath started to swell. I had to go get my allergy medication immediately. I said about the situation, waitress was sorry and made new toast but it was only with avocado and no toasting on it whatsoever. Later on the day my belly started to ache. It was extremely unpleasant experience.
