I have never been disappointed at this restaurant with its completely gluten-free menu. The process of ordering at the till with a manager ensures that my food comes out flagged as gluten-free. I have visited many of their locations across the country and have never had any issues.

The restaurant has a nice ambiance, but the prices do not match the quality of the food. It is a great place for drinks. The service was average, and we had a dinner meal there. The price per person was around £50-60. The food and service both received a 3 out of 5 rating, while the atmosphere was rated a 5.

Establo Lounge offers a wide variety of gluten-free options with a separate menu dedicated to gluten-free items. They also have several vegan gluten-free dishes available. When placing an order, a manager will assist to ensure there are no issues with cross-contamination. The food is delicious and I have dined here multiple times. My only complaint is that the gluten-free buns can sometimes be a bit dry. Ver carta

I would not recommend this restaurant if you have an allergy that is not one of the 14 listed. The woman taking my order was condescending and rude, stating that she could not mark my food as an allergy because it was not on the list. This made me feel anxious and her tone was unacceptable. The service overall was terrible and she was not accommodating. Other restaurants are able to accommodate allergies, so why not this one? dine-in service.

The food at this restaurant is decent, but on the pricey side. I paid around £15.00 more here for a meal with four people compared to a week earlier at Cotes, Brighton. Our group had a total of three people ordering two courses each, with myself having only one course. We also shared a few appetizers and had two rounds of drinks. The atmosphere is unique and charming. Orders and payments are done through the app or QR code. Service is for dining in.

I have visited this restaurant many times and the staff are always very well-informed and willing to answer questions about cross contamination. I have never gotten sick from eating here, and I have been going 1-2 times a month since being diagnosed with celiac disease last year. Additionally, they are one of the few places that have confirmed using a separate steam wand for dairy and non-dairy milks, so I feel confident in ordering a cappuccino here. Ver carta
