Enjoyed a new year's eve meal here. Very good food, nice selection to choose from. Friendly staff made us feel very welcome.Dog friendly olde worldly inside.I Would recommend .....

This restaurant is definitely the perfect spot for tasty food. I tried the beer-battered cod with chips and it was absolutely delicious. The cod was crispy and tender, and the service was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely come back here again. Ver carta

This restaurant is the perfect spot to enjoy some delicious food. I ordered the grilled fish with fries and it was absolutely delightful, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The staff were friendly and attentive. I definitely plan on coming back here again.

Lovely friendly pub restaurant. Highly recommend booking if wanting to eat here. We had a lovely meal on Sunday. Freshly cooked food. No ding meals here....The steak ale mushroom pie was tasty. Even if it only had a puff pastry top. The cheese board had a nice selection of cheeses. highly recommend this place.

I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. They were able to accommodate my wife's dietary restrictions (milk and gluten-free) at both locations we visited. We reserved a table at this restaurant for a couple of nights while we were staying at a nearby campsite. The food at both locations was outstanding and generous in portions. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We tried the fish and chips, steak and ale pie, filet steak, lamb, banoffee pie, and Baileys cheesecake, and all of it was delicious.

We had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. They were very accommodating to my wife's dietary restrictions of dairy and gluten free food on both of our visits. They even allowed her to bring her own dessert. The service was excellent and they had Doombar on tap. I highly recommend this genuine family-run pub for a delicious meal. Service: Dine-in. Booked a table here for a couple of evenings while we were staying at a nearby campsite.
