"I am very perplexed to read the praiseworthy opinions on this restaurant. for a star in the michelin guide I am disappointed to discover dishes with unusual flavors. cuisine without subtle harmony of flavors and tastes, it is a personal opinion that shared the person who accompanied me. too much protein, without accompanying vegetables. to summarize:What products, impossible to define everything was chopped. creativity rather an adventure of flavours not necessarily harmonious. cooking to desire dishes with too crunchy ingredients. Value for money, there is the hic, I think the menu price is excessive. Regularity of dishes, we arrived at 7:30 p.m., dessert was served at 9:45 p.m. restaurant with 7 tables of two people. service provided by the chef and his companion who presented us all the dishes...I think it's a lot of work to get culinary titles, but the michelin inspector who validated this star was probably very hungry that day!"

very pleasant setting, quiet but attentive service, dishes of a great technicality that awaken the senses and marvel at the flavors that explode in the mouth."Tincelles" deserves its name .bravo to the chef for his inventiveness and his mastery of cooking. a fully deserved star...

family lunch with our 2 children. the place is warm, with impeccable service. the chef is often in the room and did not hesitate to joke with the children, who were allowed to visit the kitchen. the menu (unique) is a clever mix of flavours, surprising and original. We all enjoyed this magical moment. wine card at reasonable prices to be noted as well. Anyway, we strongly advise.

three meals with our daughter in this beautiful house where we were received "as at home" by the chief and his wife. A warm welcome in this place where you feel at ease right away. The chef presented us all of his dishes, original, bold, surprising and simply delicious. the combination of salmon with the wild ripe, just caught with butter, was superb, that of pork with this lemon condiment and sublime crunchy vegetables. As for dessert, a combination as surprising as delicious between flower and strawberry cabbage, simply exceptional. An excellent evening (to the candle ;)) a big thank you to anne and vincent for this moment. Ver carta

My wife and I visited restaurant for what was probably our 10th visit with our family and relatives. Four adults and six kids and we were served a fabulous lunch with an array of local produce and wines. The owners are incredibly welcoming and never cease to come up with new ideas and interpretations for the food they serve. Every meal there is a very special and unique experience. We had limousin beef and fish served in a truly extraordinary source with local fennel that was just delicious. Cheese was served with a fabulous array of dried fruits, the dessert was a plate of sorbets on a fabulous tart, all made by Vincent. We then went for a little walk around the beautiful gardens adjacent t...

already, no map and menu unknown. depending on the market;certs, but sometimes disturbing. several dishes sometimes difficult to digest in the evening. 2 entries quite rare, very well cooked with talent and a lot of time. plated with extreme mixtures. Not dessert, an excellent cook is not a good pastry. Disproportionate addition, we pay the star chef. the room with a clumsy decor. Unfortunately, the room is located in a place where the next day's attic is prepared. the tariff; This is really scandalous. customers are studying the addition for a long time:too late. count, minimum €100/pers with aperitif and wine. a book for the snobinards. those who do not pay must appreciate it. as to the co...

"Arriving in Beaumont early evening after a long drive on a very hot day, we were glad we had reserved a table at this little hotel's restaurant. Through the front entrance door, there is an interesting-looking bar area and then a comfortable dining room - but we were pleased to be shown to a table on the shady flower- filled terrace at the rear of the hotel. Aperitifs of good Kir soon arrived plus some freshly- baked olive bread then an amuse-bouche of a delicious cold carrot & cumin soup. We chose from the cheapest (€17) menu and were not at all disappointed with the food that was delivered; especially appreciated was J's supreme of guinea-fowl in a filo wrapping but everything was good. Our server (I guessed it was the lady of the house) was friendly and helpful and tolerant of my rudimentary French. She recommended a nice rose wine from nearby Bergerac, reasonably priced and perfect for the evening. Later in the week we returned for more of M. Denance's tasty food, this time choosing from the €25 menu. This was even better than our first visit, the olive bread this time also had tasty lardons inside and Madame remembered which wine we had chosen earlier in the week. The food gras "mi-cuit" was good, the dessert of parfait glacé absolutely delicious but the main course was the star. During several visits to Perigord, I have eaten Confit de canard on countless occasions - but none was better than the ones we both enjoyed here. This restaurant is highly recommended and we shall certainly be eating there on our next visit to this attractive village."
