La serveuse confirme cette demande.13h, l 'entrée arrive et notre serveuse nous indique ' ' les plats vont suivre ' '. L 'entrée est bonne.13h45, toujours aucun signe des plats ! Nous le faisons poliment remarquer à la serveuse en précisant tout de même que nous attendons depuis plus d '1h sans avoir toujrs rien mangé pour 2 d 'entre nous.Sa réponse ' ' OUI MAIS VOUS ÊTES TOUS ARRIVÉS EN MEME TEMPS ET MON CHEF M 'A DIT QUE CE N 'ÉTAIT PAS POSSIBLE DE SERVIR LES PLATS EN MÊME TEMPS QUE L 'ENTRÉE ' '.Nous lui demandons alors pourquoi elle ne nous en a pas informés avant, plutôt que de nous l 'avoir confirmé ? Tout simplement...14h,les plats arrivent, et LA SERVEUSE HORS D 'ELLE, NOUS BALANCE LES ASSIETTES AVEC COMME REMARQUE : ' ' QUAND ON A PAS LE TEMPS ON NE VIENT PAS AU RESTAURANT ' ' . Puis elle s 'enfuit en voyant mon conjoint se lever !!Nous avions le temps, mais nous n 'apprecions pas d 'attendre 1h30 sans manger en se faisant traiter de la sorte.Nous sommes partis sans manger. Dommage, car ça avait l 'air très bon.Nous avons tout de même payé l 'entrée et les boissons, mais même la aucun geste commercial n 'a été fait. QUELLE HONTE !!!"

"visit a Espelette on a market day and we are transported by all this great gastronomy. Noon arrives, our three children (6 years, 3 years and 4 months) accompany us, it is time to find a place to recover otherwise we risk the crisis...But after seeing, feeling, tasted as many beautiful flavors... no questions to go to the first restaurant without interest that will necessarily disappoint us. . we stop on several cards and one of them draws our attention. a typical menu with local products. even the child menu offers the discovery of the Axoa. "This hotel does not correspond at all to a 3-star, the room was clean and spacious overlooking the garden, the swimming pool was very appreciated. The kitchen was good but no choice of menus, in the evening (manu imposed . Very welcoming staff and not many. Big flat breakfast, in good weather it is a shame not to be able to take it outside.
