Esperienza a 5 stelle quella vissuta ieri a pranzo da Fè Ristorante!!cucina ricercata e materie prime di altissima qualità!! Abbiamo gustato ogni singolo piatto ed è stato un crescendo di sensazioni fino ad arrivare al tiramisù che ci ha davvero emozionati!! Complimenti Francesco … ti auguriamo la stella che meriti

This restaurant is worth a long way from the usual tourist centers in Italy. Francesco Laere, the cook, is a genius, he always surprises us with beautifully presented dishes that taste as good as it looks. We've eaten at Fe' six times and have never been disappointed. It is better than any one in Italy where we were in Italy.

Semplicemente Stellato! Piatti divini e presentati egregiamente. Servizio professionale e cortese nonostante l'asset del Ristorante sia superiore. Tutto ottimo dalle tre amuse-bouche fino al dolce. Un viaggio indimenticabile tra il sapore e l'armonia dei gusti. Carta dei vini eccezionali e menu degustazione (obbligatoria) imperdibile [i Classici]. Ver carta

what a wonderful little restaurant! the tasting menu is the only one to go away and we also decided for the wine pairing and were glad that we made it! the service staff is excellent! the cook came out of the kitchen to welcome us and took notes about our meadows and my wife was gluten-free. I'm really not string you can go wrong, which menu you choose. the little funny bouche taste from which there were several, was an additional tasty! bravo!

Se ami il gusto raffinato ed essere coccolato come se fossi in una SPA, scegli Fe'. Materie prime scelte e curate, accostamenti favolosi che rendono il pranzo o la cena un'esplosione di sapori e di odori. Il servizio è impeccabile e rende il pasto consapevole della sua composizione, cottura e finalizzazione. Giusto equilibrio fra raffinatezza e l' uso dei prodotti della nostra terra. La location è caratteristica per la sua struttura a piccoli spazi nei trulli.

A Noci mancava il classico locale intimo, raccolto, con piacevole musica di sottofondo, un cameriere gentilissimo, uno Chef perfetto e una direttrice di sala molto gentile. Abbiamo scelto un menù degustazione. Due piccole sottolineature: Il tappo del vino e il cucchiaino. Il primo forse per portarlo via come ricordo. Il secondo un modo particolare per posizionare le posate. Due momenti interessanti che vale condividere, lo chef si è presentato a inizio prenotazione e alla fine delle consumazioni. Abbiamo pranzato in questo posto di domenica. Il posto è risultato particolarmente curato e l'accoglienza cordiale . Ottima idea proporre 3 menù degustazione ,la scelta alla carta avrebbe potuto penalizzare la cura con cui sono state realizzate le pietanze. Il servizio è stato scandito da tempi direi perfetti, quasi fosse un pranzo privato, e lo chef ha presenziato e contribuito al servizio di alcune portate. Materie prime eccellenti e ricercate e porzioni, come è giusto che sia, minimali. Solo 2 particolari ci hanno lasciati perplessi:ci è stata servita una minuscola ciotolina con dell'olio sicuramente eccellente ma che non abbiamo potuto assaggiare perché è mancato il sia pur minimo pezzet...
