"Extremely disappointed for several reasons 1. It was pretty cold in the restaurant at night and some people had to keep their coat all night 2. Servers were inexperienced and not "chaud/chaleaureux" 3. But the most disappointing is that the meat (which was cooked for 36 hours) was extremely dry (it should melt in the mouth) and almost not eatable, and when we spoke to the waitress in a very polite and gentle way, it just said 'OK' and we never saw it again. Not even a word like we're sorry or we'll talk about it with the leader. 4. In the end, we paid too much for what we ate and the service we have. This does not deserve a Michelin star, but rather a star "google magazine," I see that there is a doubt about the authenticity of this criticism. We had dinner on 10/12/2021.
