Fidos, Das Steakhouse Am Niederrhein

My family and I have been eating at Fidos for some time. To date, I have not even been disappointed in meat quality and preparation. This is not self-evident in restaurants. The service is friendly and fast. Price performance ratio is above average good... I can only recommend...

Have eaten to order Tomahawk Steaks. To the point cooked, juicy from the finest. The boss has answered questions about meat and origin with a lot of heart blood extensively and excitingly: Class service, you can see the love of steak. The ambience with American style is very rustic, but also has something special.

I like to be a guest at Fidos, I don't find it very cozy there, but the steak is unmatched. Salad from the salad bar. Supplements delicious and good.... Prices are ok and appropriate to the ambience....But to make this clear again: The steak is simply great, the quality of the meat is simply great. A visit is worth in any case! because the service is always striving and friendly!

We stayed at Fidos for breakfast Sunday. Very cozy, with live cook, that made Omelettes, fluffy and spicy, simply great. Many homemade things, such as various ham smoked salmon or jams. Various cereals, bread and bread crunchy and fresh, not baked. Incl. coffee and a large glass of O juice. For dessert dessert, fruit salad and a cream. But the cook's egg dishes were really great.

Had ordered a decote in medium well. 400g (more to the point cooked and butterfly. Beverages came quickly, waiters were attentive but not intrusive. I had a lot of fun with the boss. The ambience also very beautiful, ancient doors have been very beautifully combined with new elements. Menu very nicely divided, large font beautifully illustrated. For everyone. Prices moderate to cheap. All in all a successful evening....

We were there three times yesterday and ordered all the carvings in different variations. Beverages and also food came in a reasonable time and it was also all freshly prepared, the scavengers were also nicely thin and tender, only the panade was so thick that you were just throwing them out, that I found very bad, with my companions it was a bit better, you had a scavenger old monastery woman filled with Bacon and therefore the taste of the bacon overlaid something of the panade. The dishes I have seen in the neighboring tables looked out all the tops, so I will certainly come back again, but no more carving!

I stopped at this restaurant today to eat something... I had a table on the street that promised bread. After the waiter brought me the crippled and polished card, I found nothing of bread time on this. When I was asked, I was told I had to talk to the boss. Then he offered me a ham plate with bread and ham. Who was in Bavaria knows what a breadboard is... SOWAS at least not! So I order something else... It is called cramps of smeared pork skeletons with sauce of choice. I roasted potatoes and salad. What can I say? NOTE was freshly prepared, the salad sauce tasteless and the beard pepper cream sauce artificially tasted. I type at least artificial saucers if it wasn't completely out of the b...
