Terrible, waited 2 hours for sub standard food, chicken parmesan was swimming in grease, cheese pizza more like garlic bread

Last night in filey ordered two pizzas my wife I loved them my wife general doesn't like pizza filey stone bake has converted my wife thank you.

Ordered takeaway delivery to Reighton sands holiday park. We spent £75 online, waited 1 hour but no food arrived. After 3 phone calls the food eventually arrived 2 hours later. Food was lukewarm and greasy. Tasteless pizzas. Really kit worth a 2 hour wait!!

Ordered a delivery through foodhub, kebabs were nice, hence the 2 star review, but pizzas were terrible! Pizzas were dry, bland, and overcooked, missing extra toppings that were charged for at £1.50 extra per topping. We did get a £5 voucher after complaining to foodhub, but bot good enough after spending £53.50 for a takeaway! I definitely do not recommend the pizza from here!

To start with this is the second review I have left in about 10 years, staying at promise vally on holiday and needed some quick food as Iv had a few, cash on delivery was fine and came within 20-25 mins piping hot straight to my caravan. We ordered the food for the last night of our holiday only to have to wait 2hours for it to be delivered. We had already been waiting ages so rang up and they said it would be here in a minute and then had to wait another hour before we actually got the food. When it was delivered the food was not good at all, it was tasteless greasy and overall not pleasant. I would not recommend this restaurant. Don’t be fooled by the cheap prices and photos on the website.

If you are onsite at Primrose Valley AVOID AVOID AVOID! Take your order and when it comes to delivery, they phone and ask you to meet at the gate. This is fine, unless you are up near the complex. They could have phoned at the time of taking the order to let us know they do not deliver onsite, but they didn't, instead waited for the delivery driver to tell us to meet at the gate because they are not allowed in site (makes me wonder why? . Don't bother is all I have to say!

Ordered takeaway to be delivered half of the fried chicken was missing. The mixed pakora was disgusting the one piece of chicken even the dog wouldn't eat as it was burnt and rock hard. The.pakora for £6.00 we had one burnt onion one that tasted awful the burnt chicken one and four tiny mushrooms that were debatable if they were edible. When I phoned to say half the fried chicken was missing i got told owner was out and he would phone me... he didnt I had to phone him back again and still he wasn't in. I got to speak to a driver who said I only paid for what I got. Well I only have his word for that as I don't have a current menu. I am left with a horrible taste in my mouth both physically a...
