it was our 33 wedding anniversary so we wanted somewhere special for a meal and the filini made our night special the service was great the food perfect and we had a great time we will go again that's for sure

I recently dined at a hotel restaurant that caters to business travelers and I had a very pleasant experience. The food was of high quality and it is a perfect spot to unwind with coworkers after a long day. The staff, even though they are new, were welcoming and attentive.

The restaurant, service, and staff were excellent! However, we were disappointed to find out upon seating that there was a special menu for voucher holders for our party of four. The options on the limited menu were not what we had anticipated from what we had seen online. Because of this, we do not intend to come back to this restaurant. Ver carta

The restaurant, service and staff were excellent!!! But we went on a voucher for four of us and did the same before we were looking forward to our meal! The waitress informed us that there was a separate menu for Amazon customers!! It was a smaller selection menu and there was nothing we ordered to have looked at the menu on the line! For this reason we will not return!!!!

last Monday to the birthday in the restaurant. the atmosphere and environment was beautiful. but eating was terrible. the mushroom of my friend was undercook, the soulful I ordered was tasteless. then we told the waitress about the pasta, they heat the pasta instead of cooking a new one. I know that cooking a new one would take a long time, but reheating the pasta would affect the texture of the source. we have ordered tiramisu for dessert, we have expected something nice, but no! the dessert was terrible.

Last Monday at the restaurant. The atmosphere and surroundings were beautiful. But the food was terrible. The mushroom pasta of my friend was undercook, the sea bass I ordered was tasteless. After being left with the job of booking a table for 8 i decided to book the filini restaurant. This was mainly due to the fact there was a very well priced set menu and were able to accommodate our large group. The meal itself was superb having to wait no longer than 15 minutes between courses, the service was very good with the waiter and waitress having beaming smiles on their faces and the value was great with the meal working out at £65 per couple with drinks included. I would definitely recommend the restaurant and look forward to eating there again.

I booked a table week in advance about OpenTable as we were in Bristol for a wedding, looking forward to an Italian on arrival and browsing the menu it was soon obvious that this was not Italian! Chicken and chips, fish and chips, burgers, no pasta, no pizza, no rissoto, it was classified as English brassiere. Yes I had advertised the right restaurant with the right name on the window. How disappointing, but ordered food anyway and when it arrived, was very common and very expensive. The staff, where helpful and friendly, but that didn't matter how disappointed we were with all the experience.

I was looking forward to enjoying an Italian meal, but upon reviewing the menu, it became apparent that the restaurant was not Italian at all. Instead of pasta, pizza, or risotto, they offered dishes like chicken and chips, fish and chips, and burgers. Despite being labeled as an English brasserie, the restaurant still had the correct name displayed on the window. Disappointed, I decided to order food anyway. Unfortunately, the dishes were unimpressive and came with a hefty price tag. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it wasn't enough to compensate for the overall letdown of the dining expe...
