"Going to Fior di Pizza is now a weekly ritual for us. Almost every Saturday we go to this place which is a small symbol of organization and product wonder. Pizza is a mix of innovation, variety, goodness and quality. The thing I love most personally are the off-menu dishes linked to expertly combined seasonal ingredients. The doughs all made with different flours are truly a huge point of strength and differentiation from the rest of traditional pizzerias.
