We called here for Lunch on Friday, this was our first visit. We were looked after by an amazingly customer focused young lady named Sharmaine. We had excellent food and excellent service! We will definitely be returning customers! Highly recommended!!!!

The restaurant served a steak that was superior to Miller and Carter's, at a much lower price. The service was exceptional and welcoming. The ribs were delicious, and my father greatly enjoyed starting his evening here. The £10 lunchtime deal is also fantastic. Ver carta

A table of 11 of us visited on Saturday for my daughter's 18th birthday meal. The food for excellent. The service was outstanding, they went above and beyond, decorated the table as requested and bought out the birthday cake we had purchased and even let us eat the cake in the restaurant. We all had a lovely time!

A touring rugby party of 30 had a great experience at Firejacks on Saturday night. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived and had wonderful service from Danny and his team of colleagues. They took care of everything, which isn’t always the way with a large group. We had a fantastic meal for our son's birthday at this restaurant. There were 10 of us in the group, and the food was served very quickly and enjoyed by everyone. Our son ordered the fillet steak and claimed it was the best steak he's ever had, even surpassing those from top steak restaurants we've been to. Thank you for making his birthday special! Ver carta

Firejacks is an excellent restaurant to enjoy a meal. My first visit was for a quick bite and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. The steaks and desserts are delicious. I have since become a regular customer, and the service from Ilenia, Norbert, Sharmaine, and the rest of the team is always friendly and efficient. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and always impeccably clean, including the restrooms. I highly recommend Firejacks.

I ordered from here just a few hours ago because because it's Friday night and I didn't want to cook. To cut a long story short Uber Eats messed up and had my food as out bring delivered when it hadn't even been picked up and the only way I was getting that food was to drive there myself (no car) or cancelling the order (at cost) and then paying the same cost for another delivery. Stacey (the duty manager I believe, and sorry if I got the name wrong) was excellent and got the food to me, it was still warm and tasted amazing. We were served our sides, chips onion rings, no mains, fillet steak) our mains were served to another table. We complained and the sides were removed and informed by one waitress that they would keep our sides warm !! Fillet steaks delivered with our sides however wrong steak delivered, not going well. The steak took back, leaving sides to get cold again, when the steak was brought, it wasn’t seasoned well and was med to well done and not medium. They did ask if I wanted to change it, but I wanted to eat the same time as my wife, not 10 minutes later. We were informed that my wife’s cocktail would be reimbursed then when we went to pay the bill this offer was removed and we paid in full. Not... Ver carta
