They had issues with the Open Table app and wasn't expecting us, the service was very slow and we just couldn't the attention of staff and when we asked for milkshakes as a treat for the kids were told they didn't have any milk... (there are supermarkets nearby) we will try it again.. but wanted to post a review in the hope management see that the standards which originally drew us in (i.e. super friendly staff, high levels of service etc) appear to be dipping.... hopefully just a blip."

The dining experience and service were excellent! I had the nachos and loaded waffle fries, and they were absolutely amazing!

The service was slow despite the restaurant being not very busy, and our side dishes were not cleared away while we enjoyed our starters.

Service was okay but we had to call for attention when it came to paying. Chicken was undercooked but they handled it well. Exchanged for a burger.

ins restaurant twice now and both time open table have not even made contact with firearms, so there is no point at all that never uses this app again

Please book direct with restaurant as they do not receive bookings from Opentable, therefore there was no reservation for us. Luckily the staff found us a table on a very busy Saturday night.

firejacks had our booking not by opentable, apparently not compatible with their PC system. so no good start. found it expensive as they have to pay for extras. good, but not worth it. service very slow will not go back

We utilized the online booking system, and our reservation was confirmed. However, it became clear that the restaurant was not informed of our reservation, as they told us upon our arrival that we did not have one. This communication issue needs to be resolved. Best regards, Steve.
