"The fish roast hall belongs to Münster like no other restaurant and is also not meh to think away. They have been there since the 20s, so you can't expect a state-of-the-art restaurant. This tradition, however, makes its charm. The Fischbrathalle is located directly opposite the Observantenkirche on the Schlaunstrasse. The hall itself is a brick building with large windows and recalls an earlier market hall. The menu offers a selection of fish dishes with various supplements. Almost mainly fresh fish are processed so that the offer changes seasonally. The quality is very good and absolutely recommended. I have not yet found something comparable, not in the north directly by the sea. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. You will be well served and expertly advised. In addition, special requests can also be made. The visit is definitely worthwhile for fish lovers."

Yeah, the waiting time is no longer okay. That's right, especially on Friday you have to wait a long time. Otherwise, the food is as always fresh and very tasty. Nonetheless, point deduction

Hello, the food has been really great for years. Waiting times, Friday lunch, are no longer acceptable for food. That's why a star starts. We've experienced it three times. One or two additional services would help. If nothing changes, we won't come back. Grand family S.aus Münster

The fish roast hall belongs to Münster, like the cathedral. She's not from Münster. Every lunch is full, but it doesn't listen to the delicious food. The ambience reminds a little of a waiting room, but you can buy it. Here you can also order and pick up the food. The price is okay.

This restaurant is very, very old. Owned by the same family for over a hundred years. The fish is absolutely fresh, in fact you cannot smell cooking fish as you enter. It's simple in decor, good service and absolutely excellent fish with various accompaniments - my favourite is the three fish platter with fried potatoes and salad.

Anyone who loves fish and likes classical ambience is well-resolved in Münster's fish roast hall. The traditionally decorated shop already has a few years on the box, however, this makes its charm. And most importantly, the quality of food has not changed for years. Getting delicious ever since. No wonder that some regular snakes form in front of the fish roast hall.

The fish roast hall has been in the 3rd generation since 1926. Guests are pampered with selected and proven fish dishes. This is based on regional partners, which contributes to high quality. Each dish is freshly prepared here only after the individual order of the guests. The house has a very big regularity. I was there as part of a guest tour and the food, whether fish or shellfish was super tasty and the service was very friendly and fast. I'll be back.

This is not a fancy restaurant but the food on their limited menu is very good, you can have the fish prepared exactly the way you want -- poached, baked, fried, grilled -- and the sides are top. Be careful, though, the portions are enormous; there is a "seniors' plate" that is for a reduced price and is certainly adequate for all but teenagers and those coming directly from a sleighpulling competition. Only quibble is that the beer is only offered bottled, which is a pity but you came for the fish, right?

The large high space reminds of a railway station hall rather than a restaurant, the battery is in need of accusation, after all there is the fish roast hall almost unchanged since 1926!!! The quality of food is difficult to surpass. Here it meets young and old to enjoy a bright and natural fish, which is always fresh and very tasty. Today we had North Sea crabs with scrambled eggs, roast potatoes and salad. The portions were to be filled and delicious. The price is reasonable. Table reservation is strongly recommended!

"Today the hotel restaurant 'Zum Ausspann' was our destination. The hotel restaurant is centrally located in Albachten on a main street and is easily accessible. Parking is enough. The outdoor area shines through a very nice beer garden, which invites you to a good weather. In the restaurant you will find a very rustic furnishings, the wooden chairs have little padding and are unfortunately somewhat unpleasant. Otherwise, the restaurant is simple. The tables were very nicely covered. As we have noted, many did not come for the first time. The place was well filled. The employees probably in the form of boss and boss very friendly and attentive. The ordered dishes came quite fleeting, the drinks were well cooled. Köstritzer Schwarzbier was served from the barrel I like. For food: The porting was good, lettuce could be joined to a small salad bar itself, unfortunately the selection was not so big. My herbal salad on the grill plate was somewhat salty, the meat was partly dry and partly too fat (hard meat roll). Only the cow steak was very well roasted. My wife had more luck with the house top, slightly in parts, but delicious. A grill plate and the “expansion” house plate were ordered, see also the menu that I have uploaded. Also during the meal, the customers were looked after with nice requests, which I also found good. Conclusion: The service was great, the food according to my taste was unfortunately only average. Therefore in the end only good 3 stars!"
