"discovered by chance, I loved it. small, reserved, with few covers that means little confusion and the possibility to converse during the meal without having to repeat the words. not romantic because now the prevailing choice of furnishings, colors and dressing of the tables in Japanese minimal style gives the feeling of order and cleanliness, but inevitably of a certain coldness. the owners very kind and never insistent give suggestions, if required, and explanations, if required. I had booked a Fanese brodetto in advance and in the correct wait for what the fellow guests voted to other gorges liked I was delighted with a top-level raw appetizer: the taste of the fish and crustaceans enhanced and not suppressed by the combinations of other ingredients, as in the case of the rospo tail tartare. the brodetto served at the end of the perfect cooking interpreted with a more noble variety of fish than the tradition filled every possibility of getting to the dessert, converted on a pleasant lemon sorbet. full and multi-regional wines even if I personally choose and drink always those of the territory where I find myself where almost always the selection could be more extended."
