You never have to wait long here from ordering your takeaway to receiving it. Food is always piping hot always lovely just a shame they don't do tofu. Really wish they did battered tofu like you can get in Newbury. Ver carta

Food due at 18:30, arrived at 18:00. Food was piping hot, and sooooo tasty. Thank you guys. Had shrimp chow mein and egg fried rice. He had chicken fried rice and chicken sweet and sour. To share we had crispy chilli beef, which was lovely but could have been a little sweeter.

I have never had a poor meal here and the staff, including the owners, are very friendly. I highly recommend trying the chili salt ribs, chop suey roll, and any other dish on the menu. Whether it's black bean, satay, chili, garlic, or crispy noodles, anything Chinese is delicious here. Overall, everything on the menu is top-notch.

We waited for over an hour for our food. While it was served piping hot, the chicken was rubbery and the chips were underseasoned. The ribs had very little meat on them, and the curry sauce tasted like bile, similar to what my pet spaniel produces after eating freshly cut grass. On a positive note, the prawn crackers and can of coke were enjoyable. Ver carta

We ordered our good at 16.45 it arrived at 18.15 on the 10th October. The food was cold, meat in curry was chewy, ribs tough, rice awful, chicken balls and pancake rolls soggy and chips like they were re cooked from yesterday. In all totally inedible we re bagged and put the whole lot straight in the rubbish bin. Will never use this takeaway again.

I had a good experience at this Chinese restaurant. I ordered the crispy chilli beef, which was tasty but felt a little lacking in flavor. The service was quick and simple, and they accept card payments for orders over £10. The hot and sour soup was delicious and fresh. Overall, the food was served promptly and the crispy chilli beef, although not very flavorful, was not greasy. I would consider returning and trying a different sauce next time.

This is bar none the best Chinese in Newbury and thatcham, the delivery is always perfect timing with the food as others have said piping hot and soo very delicious that can’t be faulted, my only critique is also the reason for the title of this review it is really difficult sometimes to get though on the phone if your ordering from home for take out I could call 33 times and get a number busy, this is sort of a double edge sword because being soo busy shows how good this place really is but perhaps maybe they could get a second phone for someone else to answer to take the call or maybe an order online option. All in all though really good food and will be a continuing customer for years to... Ver carta
