this restaurant is very popular for the quality of the ingredients used and for its cuisine. "Ho provato il seguente menu a prezzo fisso composto da: cappellani di zucca; valdostane con bordo rosso e acqua minerale tutti per €. aggiornamento a gennaio il menu a prezzo fisso è ora €. quindi, la posizione è veramente curato e l'ambiente merita: c'è una volta mattone con vista magnifica, personale cordiale e attento e servizio veloce. l'unica cosa che non mi piaceva è che chiedere se la pasta dei cappellani è stata fatta in casa, mi è stato fatto capire che la pasta fresca la fanno la sera senza ammettere che i cappellani erano già pronti: confezionati. Niente di male! Ma se il cliente ti chiede, devi almeno saperlo. il valdostane, buono, sono stati fatti in modo insolito rispetto a come sono abituato a consumarli: come il formaggio c'era una fetta di provola, e la carne a mio parere non era l'unico oata per le scaloppine e comunque non era pannato e non poteva essere dato il tipo di carne. Ripeto anche se molto bene a mio parere non erano valdostane. c'erano più o meno gli stessi ingriedenti, ma la Valdostana correttamente detto non è quello. ps avendo sbagliato il comando di confine: patate, mi hanno lasciato patate e portato verdure grigliate anche se una piccola porzione senza pagarmi nulla di più! sulla porta d'ingresso è esposto un avviso che specifica che il menu della giornata è esposto vicino all'ingresso, ma vicino all'ingresso non c'è nulla, quindi il cliente deve entrare per forza per chiedere informazioni."
