Absolutely frustrating! I ordered food two hours ago, and despite receiving confirmation, it never arrived. I'm so angry; it seems like it must have been delivered to the wrong address. I won’t be coming back and definitely can’t recommend this place!

I ordered three single fish, a 12-inch pizza, and a couple of large portions of chips. Unfortunately, the fish was greasy, soggy, and lacking in flavor. The pizza was tough, and my kids had a hard time taking bites out of it. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place; there are better fish and chip shops in and around Dalkeith. I won't be returning.

Each dish was flavorful and well-prepared, making it a delight to enjoy at home. The service was equally impressive, also receiving a top score of 5. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was accurate and ready in no time. As for the atmosphere, I’d rate it a 4.
