The service at this restaurant was outstanding and the food was absolutely delightful. I highly recommend dining here if you're looking for a great meal with quick service.

The sweet was really tasty, but the service was very poor, the guy that served us was angry at us for no reason and when we ordered vegan oat milk for the coffee he was annoyed.

We had a lovely server who was polite and looked after us well. Our order was incorrect but that was the kitchens error and was rectified quickly. The atmosphere was very nice, we went on a Sunday early evening so it was quiet. Very clean restaurant and staff were all very nice. Ver carta

Depending on the staff for the day, you can be waiting an obscene amount of time. I witnessed a few people come in, dine, and leave before my main ever arrived (ordered pasta by the way). However, the food is good, but once again depending on which staff members are in preparing the food.

Me and the whole family, 14 of us, came to eat at Blackpool Frankie Benny's on Saturday 30th July for my son's 5th birthday. I called and spoke to the manager Lisa to book and she was so friendly and listened to all I requested to make our evening meal perfect and glitch free. Mandy was our waitress that evening, you couldn't fault her. She greeted us with a warm friendly smile and said all is ready for us.

Went for a meal here this evening for my daughter’s 1st birthday and her cousin’s 12th. Staff was friendly and professional (lee was helpful polite and assisted us in every way) new management seemed friendly and helpful also. The food from the kitchen was tasty and delicious and (chris makes an exceptionally tasty steak, and the drinks prepared by keali were amazing). We squeezed in, even though we're booked. Sarah was excellent at providing a dedicated customer service. She gave us a warm welcome and saved us even 5 minutes to ask about our day. She was always attentive, offers us more drinks, check whether we are comfortable and recommend dishes from the menu. It is amazing to see a “Hands-on” manager on the ground, with the rest of the team looking for guests. The food was hot, delicious and served quickly. Would definitely recommend and visit again soon.

Before the pandemic I promised myself I'd never set foot in a Frankie and Benny's ever again. It wasn't because of this particular one but just in general I found them expensive rubbish with small portions. But last week my daughter really wanted to go to one when we were away in Blackpool for her birthday so I gave in and we went here not expecting anything great but oh my was pleased. The position sizes were amazing and the food tasted great. I just hope the ones nearer home are going to be just as nice.

My partner and I dined at this restaurant on a weeknight during the summer holidays. Despite the bustling atmosphere, our waiter was prompt in taking our drink orders and bringing our food. Our meals arrived in a timely manner and were served piping hot, causing us to accidentally drop one plate due to the heat. However, the staff quickly replaced it without any issues. The food met the usual high standards we expect from Franky and Bennys. The restaurant is conveniently located a short walk from the Manchester tram stop and provided a pleasant alternative to the typical fish and chips fare. Ver carta
