Fantastic service last night. Such a shame they close today due to the fact the landlord has increased the rent forcing the restaurant to close affecting their committed staff

Visited here with some work colleagues. The lady serving us was lovely and attentive. Two of us required gluten free which wasn’t a problem. The only disappointing thing was that there’s only one GF starter. The HF pizza was lovely! I’ll be back for another Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30

This restaurant is amazing in every way, from the food to the service. We always feel well taken care of when we dine here. The menu has a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is fantastic. We love coming here with our family every other week - it's our new favorite night out together!

I haven't been to Frankie and Benny's for ages after a rubbish meal in Basingstoke. Took the kids today and have to say I was really impressed. We had pizzas and desserts and the food was surprisingly really good. 10/10 for the service too. Super Mario was great with my kids and was excellent at his job. Give the man a payrise. It's a bit of a shame that this place is closing down. Food was pretty standard fayre burger and fries, potato skins, onion rings etc price was reasonable and service was good. The overall restaurant just felt a bit sad and unloved, probably because it's closing, though the toilets were very clean. I'd visit again, but probably won't have a chance! Food: 4

Were there in start of 2022, met a nice young lad that was really helpful yeah. He didn't yell at me when i asked questions. Should have given the boy a raise because he was smart, good looking, sexy, kind, smart, nice, repsectfull, cool and smart (In a game). I used to eat here a lot but the food has dropped in standard the double bacon cheese burger had salad which consisted of only lettuce and very little of that the mayonnaise looked like it had been scraped on with a butter knife to give you the least amount possible the burgers were pretty low quality and the bacon was overcooked it look nothing like the picture on the menu. My wife had the pasta which although she ate it all made her feel queasy for the rest of the night so Unless things improve drastically I won’t be eating there ever again it’s a shame because it used to be such a great place and the staff are really nice Ver carta
