"A surprisingly decent breakfast from a well-known restaurant chain, Frankie Benny's. With menu items like beef brisket, scrambled on toast, breakfast bap and a full English, there's good choice here. The seating is a little bit of a squeeze, but ours was a party of 6. Coffee and tea isn't refillable as with the likes of Wetherspoons, so the cheaper headline breakfast prices do nudge up a little if you like a few cups as we do. Having said that, the breakfast was very good. Everything was cooked well, the sausages decent, bacon succulent and eggs arrived with runny yolks. The only reason for docking a star for food was that the brisket was omitted on one of the beef brisket dishes. The atmosphere is lively, but we had to speak up at our table to compensate. Parking in plentiful, courtesy of Frankie Benny's being located at Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre. Overall, very good, so we'll be back. Oh, and a special mention to James who served us. He's quite a hoot and extremely good at his job."

Always good food at frankie and bennys .usually come here if you fancy lunch and can't be bothered cooking . Friendly staff aswell

Waited a long time to be served and they were not busy. Food was great for all 5 of us. Payment was a struggle as they couldnt get machines to work.

Went on mothers day with family with two kids to enjoy the day but email the company 3 times no reply very poor customer service they do not seem to care

They rushed us at the end as they had to close for a staff meeting, there was only 1 waitress on duty so she was a bit stretched. Food was good and ideal for a family meal.

Frank and bennies is not like it use to be. The place has a nice atmosphere. It's Just the food and quality of food isn't impressive and that's a big deal breaker when compared to other restaurants i like to eat in these days. The burger I had yesterday was sooo dissapointing, it makes me pissed I didn't eat at GBK or Five guys or TGI to name a few.

Food tasted good the only problem is the restaurant has scaled back the the amount of filling it puts inside the Manhattan calzone and the same with the carbonara few bits of bacon my wife even paid the extra for some chicken and there was only 2 pieces of chicken which isnt on I won't be coming back Frankie and Benny's seem more concerned about saving money and keeping cost down than the quality of food
