The restaurant was empty, and the service was incredibly slow. The food tasted as if it had been pre-cooked and reheated. It was overpriced as well. I would recommend avoiding this place altogether.

I then made an online reservation at TGI Friday's and had a fantastic experience. I will not be returning to Frankie & Benny's.
