Frankie Benny's Greenwich O2

We got what you expect to get at F&B. Not great but not bad either.

Food was ok. Starter was a bit small for the money. Main were fine, as were deserts. Key Lime pie was very sweet and not that limey.

Booked for pre show meal, we got shown straight to our table on arrival. Service was very swift and the waiter very friendly. Food good, up to usual F&B standard. Very enjoyable

A delightful, pre booked experience after o2 Tennis session a welcome delight after enduring over 6 hours of exposure to extortionate, cashless prices 'upstairs ! We were hungry !

Had a table online also called it the day before double check it was booked as it was for 13 of us. When we were there, they had no bookings showing that I had my email confirmation to prove it had been booked. Considering how busy they were, I was terrible to be turned away, but they managed to get us without a dirt. Very nice patient waitress saw us having 9 enthusiastic children. Eat well!

This is a very busy restaurant at the O2 and our table for two was stuck on the route between tables so our server when waiting on us blocked the way through for other servers. The food is okay you know what you are getting pretty much from a franchise but while not expensive a bit pricy for what it is. Bit of a wait for the dessert. On the plus side the servers were very polite and you can book in advance which is helpful as the O2 gets busy on a concert night.

I had pretty low expectations going to F&B (or indeed any restaurant in the O2) ahead of a sold out gig this week. Pleased to say I was so wrong! The service was some of the friendliest and most efficient I've had, knowledgable and proactive about dietary requirements. Quick delivery from the kitchen. Lots of choice, even a few options for me as a vegan. Drinks on the expensive side but to be expected in O2. Otherwise thumbs up, again, especially for the lovely wait staff.

Firstly then didn’t have the reservation for the table, however we did get seated. The seat wasn’t great, outside far away, enough to be forgot about. I am Gluten Free and ordered a carbornara with chicken. When it arrived there was lack of cheese sauce on the carbonara and the chicken was foul. It was defrosted but you could tell it wasn’t nice, my partner tasted it also and spat it out. I found a server and told him, he advised that this was not made in house (microwave meal really) it was defrosted and served to me. Now for £13 I really grudge this. I asked what was made in house...he hesitated so I asked about the pizza he said yes, i had this instead. It was ok, edible before the concer...
