Cath was a fab server, drinks order came within minutes of seating followed by the starter. Fast and friendly service would go back.

Over the weekend, my family and I went to Frankie Benny's. We enjoyed delicious food and received excellent service from Gemma. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and family.

Needing a quick bite to eat after a long day of shopping, my partner and I popped in. The food was lovely and the service was fantastic. We were seated straight away and our waiter, Jack, was professional, funny and very welcoming.

I regularly visit this restaurant for their amazing value big breakfast! The food is always cooked perfectly and is hot, tasty, and high quality. The staff, especially Gemma, are fantastic. Gemma is friendly, remembers our favorite orders, and takes great care of us every time we visit. She always makes us feel appreciated as customers. I am excited for our next meal here.

Visited this venue after attending a nearby course. Pleasantly supprised by how clean and friendly the place and staff were. The waitress nikita was great, explaining the menu options and looking after me. Food was tasty and enjoyable, Burger and chips topped off with a...slice of cheesecake. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would definitely go back, though next time I'll take the rest of the family.

Went here with hubs and was taken to table by a very lovely lady. Waitresses service was friendly and extremely efficient. The only thing that let it down was that we had to wait an extremely long time for food and a large table that...arrived after us were served their food before us? Hubs was ready to leave so I did speak to the waitress who quickly sorted out ours which arrived not too much longer and we had discount as a goodwill gesture which was really appreciated. Excellent customer service!! Food was delicious and we both left extremely happy and full. Would definitely go there again and recommend! Ver carta
