Frankie Benny's Bristol

The food was delicious and served piping hot, arriving quickly at our table. It was a bit noisy due to how busy the restaurant was. The only downside was having to wait to be seated, despite having a reservation.

We had a fantastic meal today with a 30% off discount after watching a movie at Cineworld. There were plenty of vegetarian options and the food was absolutely delicious. Our server was delightful as well! We give this restaurant 5 stars.

We visited the Bristol Airport restaurant which does not come up on trip advisor. We stood waiting to be seated for ten minutes with other customers but were ignored by the staff. We then approached the young man who was then rude. We duly left with the other potential customers! The place was not even busy. Ver carta

Our server Stephen was fantastic throughout. His knowledge of allergies and engagement with us and our son really made us happy. He was just this way on our last visit, too, so I asked his name to leave this reviewFood wise, my sirloin was cooked a perfect medium rare and my partner loved her chicken Parmesan.

We went to this Frankie Bennys today. There was a slight problem with our order getting missed and therefore delayed but a lovely member of staff possibly called Maya? (She has a black bob hair cut and amazing customer service skills) came over and apologised and sorted it out so that what could have been a disaster with us leaving feeling angry and complaining turned out as we were initially expecting a really lovely lunch! So Thank you ‘Maya’ because if you, we really enjoyed our day off and we will be back!

Went for my daughter’s birthday, but it must have been a bad night, as we waited an hour for our food to arrive, and when it did we were disappointed. My son’s sirloin steak was tough and chewy and he suspected it was rump not sirloin. The only shining light of the evening was our waiter Nadia who worked so hard to try to stem the tide of awfulness. She was rushing around like a headless chicken to try to make up for the deficiencies of colleagues. She needs valuing and recognition for efforts beyond the call of duty. Ver carta

The waitress was friendly, professional, and polite. However, the service was slow, and some of the glasses were left empty without any offer for more drinks. The food was not up to par - one steak was missing onion rings, the Cajun chicken was dry, and the Lamb shank was fatty. The steaks lacked flavor and the garlic sauce seemed old. The ribs tasted of old oil, bringing up concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen. Additionally, our table was placed under a speaker that was too loud, making communication difficult. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and not recommended.

As we live on the other side of the city we are rarely in south Bristol but finding ourselves there hungry we popped in.Welcomed warmly encouraged to chose our own table so able to have a nice large booth by the window. The restaurant although not very busy was nice warm on a very cold day. Nadia was our waitress she looked after us very well. Our order for drinks, food, all we needed taken in good time but not rushed. The Australian Shiraz I can highly recommend. My lamb shank his mixed grill were both delicous cooked perfectly. The meats were very tender tasty. Using our taste card it was very reasonable in price. I would definately use this one again if I found myself this side of town. O...

Came into a busy ish restaurant, went to the bar to get a drink while we waited for our table. Sat at the bar, looked at the drinks menus and the barman completely ignored us. We had to say excuse me can we order some drinks? The guy didn't smile, or even speak he just stood there waiting for out order. I ordered a glass of wine the glass was filthy!You could see the smeared lipstick all round the rim, bits on the glass, and it was wet. REVOLTING! I asked for another glass and showed him how disgusting the glass was, and he poured my wine into another disgusting glass!
