I absolutely love this place! The food is amazing. I always visit on Wednesdays because of a sweet waiter who reminds me a bit of Harry Potter. I enjoy everything here!

The restaurant was chilly and the food was average at best. The service was a bit slow even though it wasn't busy. We only went because we had an O2 offer for kids to eat free. We won't be returning anytime soon.

Food at Frankie Benny's is always nice and their customer service is excellent. Staff are making sure to serve us promptly and they made us feel welcomed each time. Will definitely go back and recommend for a lunch/dinner anyday

I went for breakfast and ordered the big breakfast. Oh my gosh, the plate was massive and filled with a fantastic selection. Everything was very tasty, and the staff were excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast! Ver carta

Frankie Bennie's is an America style diner with a good selection of breakfast, lunch, dinner, shakes, cocktails and drinks. I opted for the monster breakfast The big Scottish one to see me through my day of shopping. Prices are reasonable and in this particular branch (Fort Kinnaird) the staff were very welcoming, attentive and friendly. I would most definitely recommend here.

The restaurant had undergone a drastic change... It was empty, dull, and lifeless. There were only a few customers and the music was horrible. My wife ordered a medium steak but received a well-done one instead. I ordered a starter of Southern chicken, but as you can see in the photos, the breading was as hard as a rock. Our dinner for two, including a starter, main course, non-alcoholic beer, and orange juice, cost us £61. Overall, our experience was not more than 3 stars.

The restaurant staff were promoting the new Barbie movie by wearing hula chain necklaces and the restaurant was decorated in a holiday theme. Despite no one being at the counter when we arrived, we were quickly greeted and shown to our table. The ordering process was smooth and our waiter was efficient. The service between ordering and receiving our drinks and food was fast. Although the food was a bit pricey, it was fresh and delicious. We especially enjoyed the brownie dessert. This restaurant is great for couples, families, or anyone in between. We left a generous tip as the service was excellent.
