Always excellent service and food Food quality is great...hot, tasty and cost effective. To be honest ...never had a bad meal here, worth a visit

Have eaten here before and food was good so I ordered a takeaway, the ribs were soft but very bland, no taste whatsoever, sweet potato chips soggy but on the plus side corn on the cob was good, won't order from here again

Just on our way home after a FANTASTIC meal at Frankie and bennies taplow. The food was delicious, brought out very quickly and great sized portions. An extra special thank you to Laura who served us, she made our evening extra special with her bubbly and enthusiastic personality!! THANK YOU LAURA! It was amazing to see the whole team have such great passion in their roles, it created a brilliant atmosphere and it really made the visit that much more enjoyable! Thank you Team FB Taplow!! 6 adults having a catch up meal. We did book and make a reservation. Have eaten at this location a few times before and have always been happy. Meals ranged from burgers, meat balls, fish n chips. I did ask for tartare sauce but they didn’t have any. 3 had puddings 1 had mini pudding and coffee. We had a 40% off mains voucher which we used. The lady that served us (she had stayed on beyond her shift end time due to customers) was very pleasant and helpful. All in all nice food and surroundings. No doubt we will be back at sometime.

The waitress kept touching our daughter, called us all darling atleast 50 times, the manger who was wearing spray on clothes thought he owned the place, kept shouting, slamming table trays in the bar and was constantly looking for attention, it was the most bizarre experience we have had a a eatery. Wouldn't go again, f b so commercially driven, bit of a nonsense all those Italian pictures everywhere. The building itself is a bland glass box. Food very average and way overpriced for what you get. It selling authentic but its an impossible sell, totally missed the point. Avoid. Ver carta
