"We ate at Fratellis in Frankfurt Niederrad yesterday and experienced a very embarrassing and inappropriate situation. The waitress in charge did not treat us or other guests with the respect they deserved. Her manner was neither friendly nor professional. When we decided not to tip, based on her behavior and the consistently poor service, she became loud and confrontational. And she did this in front of all the other guests. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and lacks any form of hospitality. A restaurant should be a place where you can look forward to good food and a pleasant atmosphere – not to potentially unpleasant encounters with the staff. Unfortunately, the opposite was the case here. We call on management to urgently intervene and take responsibility. Anyone who takes the restaurant industry seriously must also ensure that their employees are properly trained and act appropriately in their roles. We definitely won't be coming back; it's a shame about the potential of the place."

Sehr gutes Essen, angenehme Atmosphäre und gutes Personal. Leider ist es Abends recht laut, so das ein sinnvolles und entspanntes Gespräch mit den Kollegen nicht ganz einfach ist.

Sehr schönes italienisches Restaurant, auch unter der Woche sehr gut beucht, daher empfiehlt sich eine Reservierung. Wir waren zu einem Geschäftsessen dort. Das Restaurant war rappelvoll. Leider eine Akustik wie in einer Bahnhofshalle. Man konnte sein eigenes Wort nicht verstehen. Entspannte Gespräche waren nicht möglich! Das Essen war leider überhaupt nichts Besonderes, sehr übersichtlich und dafür sehr teuer. Penne in Tomatensoße mit Filetspitzen leider mehr als langweilig. Die Kollegin hatte ein 5 cm dickes Steak, bei dem höchsten 1 cm am Rand gebraten war, trotz medium Ansage. Das Blut lief nur so über den Teller. Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
