"Have been here before and didn't have the best experience but thought I would give it another try given its so popular. Unfortunately, did not improve my view of the place, we had to wait over an hour for our food (burger pizza) before being told that they had ran out of pizza dough! After compalining the manager did take some money off our bill to compensate but in reality the only saving grace was our waiter Tyriq who was extremely sympathetic went above and beyond to try and improve our hideous experience. Feedback to the manager: if you are super busy/understaffed maybe just explain to people as they come in that there is a long wait for food then people can't complain and Hi5 to Tyriq keep up the great work!"

We came here for our first sunday roast and had a lovely time. Daisy looked after us very well and was very accommodative to our requirements.

Quite possibly the worst Sunday roast dinner I have ever had. AND they impose a service charge even when ordering from the bar. Visiting the Freemason Arms put a real dampener on our group visit. Ver carta

James was great! Checked in at appropriate times to see if we needed any help, was great with helping us choose a wine, accommodating when we weren't sure and really lovely. Corey also served us and was great too! Lovely experience all round for. Friday afternoon lunch. We'll be back!

Drinks are perfect and the staff are always polite. I rarely buy food as pub food is not good anywhere I tried after the lockdown. So, please ignore any complaints about food from people who think Nandos is good quality. It is pub food and it is not a gourmet restaurant. Also, some people in the reviews complained about the food and trust me, they ate it all. They just did not want to pay. Ignore those scammers.
