"Unfortunately, my review isn't a good one. I ate at this restaurant this evening, and it all started well. I was greeted with a warm welcome and offered a table both inside and outside - at 29 degrees I chose outside. A waiter took my order and was patient as I didn't speak German or English. My beer arrived and all seemed good. This is where they earn't two starts.I was then rather abruptly told to move, as I did not have a reservation, though the couple that they moved me for didn't have one either (maybe it's because I was dining alone).I was then left alone indoors, with as good as no interaction apart from my food being delivered to me. I wanted another drink, but no one came round, so I left it.When I eventually got the bill, I tried to pay by card. The bill was €17, and was explained by the waiter, that couldn't speak English 45 minutes ago, that the minimum charge was €30 by card. This was displayed on an ancient photocopied piece of paper nowhere near where I had sat at any point during evening.Reluctantly he agreed to take €20 by card, but warned me they would not be so generous next time.The attitude was atrocious, the food and beer was good, but a restaurant is built on the atmosphere it brings, and as such I will never return.Shame, as I have several trips booked to Munich this year alone for business."

Die Qualität der Grundmaterialien und der Zubereitung hat sich im Laufe der letzten Zeit weiter verbessert. Wir genießen besonders die Gerichte aus der Mittagskarte.

Sehr gutes Südtiroler Restaurant mit guter Auswahl und saisonalen Spezialiäten. Manchmal lange Wartezeiten, insbesondere wenn Gruppen von Geschäftsleuten gleichzeitig da sind...Guter Platz für Firmen-Events / Geschäftsessen.

Das Essen ist zwar gut, aber verhältnismäßig teuer. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Leider eine schlechte Bewertung, da das Personal sehr unfreundlich und unaufmerksam ist. Sie vermitteln das Gefühl, der Gast ist unerwünscht und stört.

Wir kommen immer wieder mal gerne spontan in das Restaurant und haben bisher stets einen tadellosen Service erlebt. Die Speisen sind qualitativ hochwertig und sehr lecker zubereitet. Das Ambiente innen im Restaurant ist sehr ansprechend und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.Auch der Gartenbereich überzeugte uns.

We used this restaurant for a work function recently and would certainly do so again. The staff was friendly, never got flustered, and did not get one order wrong or forgot one single drink. The starter platters were excellent and judging by the silence during the mains, all were satisfied. All in all, this is a location well worth a look if you are planning an event.

Endlich mal ein Italienisches Restaurant bei dem nicht dieRialtobrücke gemalt an der Wand grüßt.Das stilistisch schlicht eingerichtete Freetz glänzt durch Sachlichkeit.Wir haben uns für Pizza entschieden, diese war sehr gut. Das Restaurant warbis auf den letzten Platz besetzt, trotzdem war die Bedienung immer schnellbei uns und sehr freundlich. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen.

Somewhat artificial combination of Bavarian beer garden, Italian pizzeria, and steak house.Food quality is reasonable in all these categories, but they don't excel in any. The 'weekly special' menu does not seem to change very often, certainly not on a weekly basis.Service is OK once you manage to get a seat (reservation recommended).My favorite is the seafood pasta. The risotto always seems to be sold out.
