Dieses Lokal beherbrgt ein liebliche Museum mit Bezug auf Leysin. Es wird Käse (u.a. Gruyere) selbst hergestellt und man kann auch dabei zusehen. Es wird guter Aigle Wein kredenzt, also viel Regionales angeboten. Geschmackvoll und gut.

Food was great. Steak cooked at our table in an iron skillet with special herb butter. I'd get it again. Excellent service- even met the owner. His hospitality was really appreciated. Really enjoyed the Leysin museum. Photos, notes and artifacts dating over 100 years.

This place is awesome. The food and ambiance is unrivaled. It is ultra Swiss and one of the first things you notice is a huge copper kettle used to make cheese. Upstairs is an amazing museum of antique farm equipment, utensils, musical instruments and lots of fun artifacts to look at. I had the chicken pieces in a delicious creme sauce with rösti and veggies. Superb. My husband had the lamb. It's such a classic place in such a small mountain ski village. Don't miss it. Ver carta
