I sat on the lower ground floor. It was extremely cold in the room, could not understand why others did not complain. My friend had to stop her coat. The atmosphere was pretty boring. There was no background music and the room usually did not look very attractive. The food was good.

The food was excellent, but it seemed like our presence was an inconvenience. Despite it being Valentine's Day, the staff appeared stressed and unfriendly. We had to prompt them to take our order, remind them about our drinks, and request the bill. Additionally, the lighting was a bit outdated. However, the food was phenomenal, incredibly delicious! We will definitely be making this our new go-to for takeout.

Superb Japanese dining. Spent 4 weeks in Melbourne and Sydney eating Japanese regularly and to return to Bristol and continue that trend did not disappoint at this restaurant. Portions are kind and prices are respectable. Top quality sashimi, sushi and the chicken Gyoza dumpling are the best we've ever eaten. Will be back for more... friendly and genuine serving staff, authentic Japanese dining. Highly recommended.

The food at this restaurant was amazing, however, we felt ignored during our visit. Despite it being Valentine's Day, the staff appeared to be under a lot of pressure and were not very friendly. We had to keep reminding them to take our order, bring our drinks, and give us the bill. Also, the lighting and decor seemed a little outdated. Nevertheless, the food was incredibly tasty! We will definitely be choosing this as our new favorite spot for takeout.
