"in the Galley hall this lunch. it was pleasantly busy, filled with many small tables, a sign of a popular pub, especially it was the week. I would not have thought that I would have to book, but it is probably advisable, especially at the weekend. of very friendly staff with whom we banished and who knew their menu clearly. were generous to say the least, but often when that is the case, eating lacks quality. not the case here! make it with an apparently award-winning cheesecake. I can only say that my opinion was justified after the day, and then we have the bill. and. hey presto. very reasonable! always a nice way to finish eating time! so all in a great choice for our lunch. probably the worst part was that the staff passed us with some fab-looking meal I had not ordered from their extensive menu. Oh, a reason to return!"

We have just had a lovely lunch at the Galley Hall. Service excellent and sttaff friendly and polite. Very efferent service. Excellent choice on menu and food was delicious. Would highly recommend.

cozy, traditional English pub. with fabulous eating and a great selection of ales lagators. friendly, friendly staff a wooden playground outside for the children, with a lot of seating. worth a visit.

One of my favourite pub restaurants. Had my birthday meal and drinks on the saturday 7th October and i had a great night with my husband and close friends and the bar staff was so kind even brought my spotted dick out with 2 lite candles on top for my birthday.

group of us went to the nye dinner, had an excellent experience. friendly, happy, attentive staff. the eating was amazing, I had filet steak I had always been afraid when it was cooked properly etc. I don't have to worry that it was perfect, eating was fabulous. we were well looked around, even tho we got a bit loud and changed our thoughts about dessert selection several times it is a nice place, and I would recommend it very much for anyone who wants to eat outside. on busy occasions, some businesses can't handle and it is reflected in the meal times, not the galley hall 100% and we are looking forward to our next visit, nowhere will go for my steak dinner now
