We had a lovely brunch in a beautifully decorated setting that felt like a cozy woodland. We will definitely be returning soon to try more of the menu.

Wow! I love this place. I brought my daughter here for breakfast and we both had a fantastic meal. I ordered the waffles and my daughter had the French toast. Ver carta

today sat there, average service young man with blond hair could not be harassed to serve all. terrine was ok, truthahn routine not pleasant very easy, in cover unsatisfactory, smells really cheap.

Menu was very badly labelled and only contained one marked vegan option. Asked for the veggie fajitas without the dairy and it still came with cheese. The food is tasty though and has good vegetarian options

Really want to like this place (been a few times) as the setting/interior is great and it is a nice venue to sit and have a drink…the service is just really poor. Plenty staff who just stand chatting to one another then looked surprised when you approach them to ask for something . Could be a great hang out but the staff/lack of service really hold it back… Ver carta

a few drinks for a couple as it is the largest place in milngavie and only allowed table service, it was the only place where we could get a table. service very slow, wait approx. 10 minutes before the waitress took our drink order. the atmosphere was okay, nice and cozy, but when the toilets visited was very untidy disappointed, obviously not regularly checked or even repaired as toilet roll holder and soap dispenser broken. it really needs more attention.

last minute we booked a table when we arrived in the opposite and had a nice experience from beginning to end. from the reception at the door through the inviting owner, to amazing service throughout. the menu was really good, although this was a difficult thing to decide what was to choose, so the four of us choose different meal times, so we share and try to visit some of them! beautiful decor and great atmosphere will make a point of resumption if we are happy enough to visit this opposite again.

Really nice place a little spoilt by the fact that they seldom stay open till their published closing time. Supposedly midnight on a Friday, last orders were announced at 22h50 (12 April 2024). The worst we 've had (so far) was 21h50 midweek. This is not a complaint against the staff, who are consistently pleasant, competent and helpful, but against a policy which says that 'we might stay open later if we 've got more folk in. ' That is next to useless. You will get 'more folk in ' if the folk know for sure that the place is open. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Ver carta
