Das Restaurant war sehr gemütlich und authentisch, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und warmherzig. Das Essen hat uns leider nicht überzeugt, das argentinische Steak war gut zubereitet, die Beilage fettig und verbrannt (Brägele). Für eine Portion, die über 33 Euro kostet, ist das leider nicht die richtige Menge und Qualität. Das Restaurant macht abends um 18:00 Uhr auf, wir waren um 19:15 Uhr fertig und wollten Dessert bestellen, leider war alles schon aus, es gab nur Eis. Finde ich leider nicht in Ordnung. Service: 4

Haben uns von den Empfehlungen im Netz und den Bildern auf der Homepage leiten lassen und ein paar Tage dort gebucht. Zimmer das zuerst zugewiesen wurde war sehr stark abgewohnt und die Realität entsprach keinesfalls der Homepage Beschreibung. Danach haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Man musste einmal putzen im Bad und wir haben danach das Beste draus gemacht. Das Hotelteam hat noch deutlich Potenzial und die Hoteldarstellung im Netz wird gerade nicht erreicht. Frühstück ist ebenfalls ein Zufallsprodukt in Bezug auf Auswahl und Optik. Das schöne im Netz dargestellte Buffet gab es an einem Tag, ansonsten alles sehr übersichtlich und einfach serviert.
