"Smooth 5 stars without If and But. The inn is housed in the old school house Bornheim, that is the name of Wilhelm Busch. The staff is very competent and very friendly. There are beautiful Wilhelm-Busch motifs everywhere as sculptures, so the teacher Lämpel as well as the widow Bolte or Max and Moritz.” As an appetizer I can recommend the Scampi cream soup on € 7. Delicious! The main food changes again and again. I had the river zander on leaf spinach with noodles to € 21. Very delicious. The main choice is limited, so it is to be asked in advance. Steak is available in many variants, and these can also be really good at acceptable prices in very, very beautiful ambience. today we had the goose skin with kartoffel crawls, red crawlers and marons in the pick-up service. a fine field salad with speckle and scratch. we finally managed to catch up with our fancy martinsgans. eating was prepared as usual extremely tasty. we like to come back.

we have landed by infestation in the instructor's lämpel and were thrilled by the appealing ambiente, the friendly service and the fine kitchen. the salate, the main dish and the dessert were not only tasteful but also visually a pleasure. also the wee were good and still “real” quarters. prices for food and drink are completely in order. we are happy to come back!
