"11/12/23 at 12 p.m. We celebrated a birthday with our family. Since I have an allergic reaction to celery, I told the service employee directly when ordering our food. This is also noted on the dessert menu so that any allergies can be reported to the service staff. He was slightly irritated and tried his best. Suddenly the chef rushed to our table stressed and asked again. I explained the situation to him. We found a solution. Before he stormed back into the kitchen, he said, very stressed, that next time we should report this when making the reservation, because he didn't have time for a special order today because the place was full. Then we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. until our food finally came. I find it very unfortunate that we allergy sufferers still have to justify ourselves and are served like this despite the clear declaration on the cards. Because when it's busy, we also have the right to visit a restaurant without having to justify ourselves and we can have a nice time with a certain amount of discomfort."

"Our team dinner should have been close to the venue where we wanted to have some bowling time. The best choice was of course the restaurant next door, Hans im Glück. This place is really different from most restaurants you'd probably find in Switzerland. The interior is like a forest, where you can see an undefined number of trees. The food is more on the burger side but exceptionally delicious. The service is great but due to the fact that it is a well-visited place we had to be a bit patient, which was okay. The washrooms were also a bit interesting. All in all it was a great experience and I'd like to visit this place soon again. Oh by the way, it is a children's friendly place."

"We were guests on a Saturday. The service was very attentive and friendly, it was quite hectic as the restaurant was packed. The menu includes classic dishes like those in other Chinese restaurants. The food tastes good but is presented carelessly. The prices are OK."

"Wir wollten letzten Sonntag um 17 Uhr ein Bier im Campagna trinken. Das Restaurant war deutlich schlechter besucht als früher. Um 17 Uhr wurden bereits die meisten Tische blockiert, sie seien alle reserviert. Auf unsere Bemerkung, dass wir nur ein Bier trinken wollen und in 30 Min. wieder weg seien, antwortete man uns, dass alle Tische ohne Zeitangabe reserviert sind. Wir nahmen darauf einen anderen, weniger schön gelegenen Tisch. Bis wir das Bier bestellen konnten verging fast eine halbe Stunde. Der Kellner hatte Zeit blöde Sprüche zu machen aber weder zu kassieren noch Bestellungen aufzunehmen. Dazu mussten wir auch noch einer Angestellten zuhören, die ein lautes Schimpfen durch das ganze Restaurant abliess. Sehr schade für das so schön gelegene Campagna."
