"we have reserved a week before to celebrate our team christmas. we had said that by phone. then we were assigned a table next to the tiolette entrance and kitchen. on demand and complain, we were sure both the service and the cook unfortunately there was no other table as they would be booked out! next time we should say that we don't want table 3! from where we should know that we have to make our Christmas dinner on such a table. we arrived at 18.30 a.m. and there was neither the roulade nor the gänsekeule from the season map!
