"During our last visit we decided not to go to this place anymore. Three times we had to fight with compromises. The meat has either failed, or was not through, the pumices are lazy and there is no room for special requests. Although we could expect a gross in the Greek, it was not possible to get it alone. It would only offer us the mixed plate with Souvlaki and Gyros. The reason was sensational, if we only want Gyros, then you can have it, but only a small portion, because otherwise it would not be enough for the other guests who were not even in the restaurant. (2 tables were occupied).This is how my wife got a child's share, at a child's price. For the second time, I was with el greco and I was once again convinced. My food could have been a bit warmer, but otherwise everything was great. The service is always friendly and you also get the obligatory Uzo.

Only comfort products are used. Nothing's fresh. The salad consists of brown old leaves and inlaid canned vegetables. At the main dish was the meat dry, the bims blew and re-entered canned vegetables. Drinks must be ordered several times until they come.

Been to dinner more often and never had problems by day X. However, after our last visit I was really bad on the day after, and the food was at least partly looking for its way out. We haven't gone since. Random or is the cause to look elsewhere. I can't say it 100%.

We were in the middle of the day. 13 people there. Local has pleasant ambience and beautiful outdoor area. For the children are div. play equipment nearby. The menu is very extensive. All orders came together and relatively fast. The portions are large and delicious. Prices are reasonable.

The restaurant El Greco offers a beautiful terrace in summer with a summer tent as rain protection. The service is friendly and attentive. But we were not satisfied with the courts. The Metaxa gyros was very fat. And my minced meat had a remarkably bright color, tastefully not special. On the map only Greek wines, except an unspecified rookie.

we were there in the middle of the day and chose this lunch. it consisted of carved carving with potato salad. I've eaten a lot of pumpkin in my life, but that was incredible. it tasted bad, was not seasoned and the potato salad came out of the bucket and tasted badly. And the waiter was anything but inexplicable, because he was always close to us and waited until we wanted to order something. so my opinion refers to eating and that was unfortunately not good.

We are often here and at the other recessions we are sometimes really bad to read. You are always served friendly, you get any special request, you can take dogs into the restaurant and there are Gyros always as a single dish (even if something else is claimed here). The food is always delicious and freshly prepared. Only the supplements have become German a few years ago (here, beans and cauliflowers), because people do not want tomato and the Greek beans. "Der erste Eindruck von dem Lokal war der einer Willkommenskultur. Wenn man als Raucher per Öffies eine Stunde lang anreist, muß erstmal ne Fluppe her. Dafür gibt es schmale Sitzbänke mit Kissen an den Fenstern des Lokals. Gut, dass es warm war und nicht regnete ... Die nette Kellnerin erschien und bot uns schon einmal ein Drink an. Das wäre ein bißchen schwierig geworden keine Tische , und so zogen wir weiter ins Lokal. Das Ambiente fand ich gemütlich, minimalistisch sieht für mich anders aus. Da habe ich aus Hamburger Zeiten einfach andere innere Bilder von overstylten Restaurants an der Elbe. Da fror es mich schon, wenn ich sie betrat. Was die dreiteilige Speisekarte angeht fand ich das nicht so praktisch Standard und Saisonkarte auf dem Tisch eine Wandtafel im Esszimmer eine Wandtafel über der Theke Eine der beiden letzteren mit Gerichten, die hauptsächlich im letzten Monat gewählt wurden. Nun ja. Was interessiert mich, was die Leute im letzten Monat gut gefunden haben ? Aktuelle Tagesempfehlungen neben der Standardkarte sind das, was zählt. Mag zwar klassisch sein, aber wirkt irgendwie authentischer. Ich war froh, dass wir in unserer unsere Truppe mal ein Restaurant ausgewählt hatten, dass neben Burgern und alternativ pseudo Eisberg Putenstreifen Cocktailsauce Salat mal eines für den raffinierteren Geschmack ausgesucht hatten. Mich hätten einige andere Gerichte auch noch angesprochen, denn Kreativküche scheint hier durchaus serviert zu werden. Die Einstimmung war ein kleiner Löffel und geröstetem Brot, Beerencreme und einem Blatt Koriander. So dominierte der Koriander nicht, sondern gab einen Twist auf der Zunge. Aber mir war nach Klassischem, und das wurde perfekt serviert. Spargel mit Hollandaise und Schinken, auf meinen Wunsch hin als Salzkartoffelhasser mit Gratin Sonderwünsche werden erfüllt . Spargel war à la point, und der Schinken war gut Spargel 13,50 mit Schinken 17,50 . Dazu ein paar Schöppchen Riesling 4,50 für 0,2 , deshalb war ich per Öffies gekommen. Nach den Desserts für die Herren kam die Kellnerin mit einer Runde Kribbelwasser für alle anwesenden Damen im Lokal, die ich höflich ablehnte. Kurze Zeit später später brachte Juri, der ukrainische Wirt mit dem französischem Akzent den ersten Absacker aufs Haus, einen Averna mit Zitrone u.ä, der den Herren gut schmeckte. Und dann noch einen Cognac Likör. Fazit: Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Lokal für Leute, die nicht vor allem auf hochpreisig und low carb stehen"

"The hotel is located outside Hanover in the south (Laatzen City), convenient to the fairs. We arrived on time at 12:00 and crashed into a family party. A glass of champagne, optionally with orange juice, was offered to us. Shortly afterwards, the first glasses were broken. It was very close when everyone was standing. The champagne was, according to the mainstream, only dry, i.e. nearly 30 g of sugar in the liter. But at least he was really cold. The tables were festively covered with fresh roses and lots of glass calottes. The water (Förstina sprudel classic) was put in a napkin dressing the cooler (very good solution). The beautiful cream-colored napkins were folded as compartments, the cutlery flashy. Of course there were only water shakers for salt and pepper. After all, real candles stuck in the wall lamps. The broth was served around 13:00 (Lower Saxony wedding soup with mettballs, egg engraving, asparagus pieces and asterisk noodles). She was extremely good and almost glowing (this is a basic requirement in good-bourgeois houses). Egg stabs and metts were made. Before the soup, wine was offered and presented. The young ladies from the service (excellently in brocaded green tops, combined with a long dark skirt and an even longer carted apron) quickly made the round with two bottles (Trittenheimer Altärchen Kabinett Riesling semi-dry and Pfälzer Merlot, Deutsches Weintor). Both were well tempered. The main court arrived at 14:00. Duett vom Rinder- und Schweinfilet mit Whiskyrahmsoße, Pommes dauphin, Salzkartoffeln und bunter Vegetableplatte, also on request Pommes frites. These and the excellent Pommes dauphin were home-made, the salt potatoes were not worth the speech, the meat was rather dead-fried (that is, in people beyond the 80 it is not possible to say otherwise). The sauce was very reminded of bag, the vegetable plate was very nice with finger tubes, freezer blossoms, bacon wrapped bacon, broccoli and cauliflower cabbage with brown semmelbbles and fresh Chamignons. Relaying was offered permanently. Wine was presented quickly. The water bottle in the cooler before me was replaced when the first was still filled to a third.
