"Overall positive experience at Gaudenzio but slightly below expectations. Going in order, the place presents itself well in its simplicity, the staff is kind and efficient, I would say perfect. We were offered an aperitif (glass of prosecco for 7 euros) and then we opted for the tasting menu (45 euros) with 5 courses of which 4 were chosen by the chef and 1, the dessert, by the diner. The journey was overall pleasant with the exception of the risotto with bottarga which I found too strong and simple at the same time, a matter of taste but perhaps such a strong dish is not the best choice for a discovery menu. For the record, at our table, one person thought the same thing as me while the other really appreciated it. All the rest of the dishes were enjoyable but perhaps I would have expected something a little more surprising. Very wide choice of wines. Gaudenzio certainly remains a good choice on the Turin scene."

We spent New Year's Eve here. The dinner was excellent, all the dishes were delicious and well thought out. The service was extremely precise, they let us all finish dinner together to make a midnight toast together. The wine paired with the dishes was very abundant and well chosen. Trendy place in the shadow of the Mole. With attention to detail and high expectations, this place did not convince us at all. Flavors not defined, menu dishes not clearly explained and service that could be improved.
